SHIPPING OPTION: 

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all our furniture products range. Household product range  can be purchased with nomimal shipping charges(Rs.99/-)  

In case customers books Order of multiple Products in one transaction, the Company would endeavor to ship all Products together. However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics and/or logistics’ issues. If User purchases multiple Products in single transaction, then all the Products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by User. If User wishes to ship Products to different addresses, then User should book separate orders based on delivery addresses. 

How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?

The information about any pin code being serviced within India can be checked post a product is selected for "Add to cart".

Your shipping address Pin code will be verified with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In case it is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our serviceable pin code reach.

In the event of non serviceable location for furniture product in your location, you can email us detail of interested product list at connect@at-home.co.in or Call us on 1800-121-1414 our team will work on suitable solution and communicate the same to you within 48 hours.

How will the delivery be done? Can I track my order ?

Softline Products(Decor,Kitchen,Furnishing,etc) delivery will be done through reputed courier service providers like GoJavas, Delhivery and these orders can be tracked online thru AWB no.on resepctive logistic partner sites.

Hardline furniture products will be shipped via @home inhouse surface logistics. Usually these products ships within 7-8 days and deliver within committed time lines. Currently furniture product orders can not be tracked online and order will be delivered as hand delivery mode.However we will notify you via email/ SMS as soon as order get shipped from our central warehouse.

How will the delivery be done when both furniture and non furniture items are purchased?

Product delivery for furniture will be done through @home's logistics and reputed assemblers in 12 to 15 days while non furniture products will be delivered through reputed courier service providers like GoJavas, Delhivery and by our inhouse logistic team which usually takes 5-7 working days. 

Does www.at-home.co.in  deliver internationally?

Currently, www.at-home.co.in doesn't deliver items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping Address is within India.
